Gary Gait – Select A Seat

He’s been called the Michael Jordan of lacrosse. He’s a six-time NLL MVP – twice that of any other player. He’s a world champion, an NCAA champion (ten times as a player and coach, but who’s counting?), an icon of the sport.

He has a play – check that, THE play – named after him. He’s arguably the greatest the sport has ever known, and he’s coming to San Diego for the Seals’ season ticket member Select-A-Seat event on Sunday, April 15 at Valley View Casino Center.

Want to meet Gary Gait, the man who made the number 22 famous? Want to play lacrosse with the legend? Want to snag an autograph?

“The National Lacrosse League will always have a special place in my heart,” said Gait. “It’s great to see that San Diego has a team. I look forward to spending time with all those in southern California who love lacrosse.”

Gait is very familiar with the market, previously running camps and recruiting talent from San Diego to play for him in college.

Season ticket membership is required for those wishing to enter the arena prior to 4:00pm and meet Gary. The venue will then be open to all Seals fans free of charge from 4:00-6:00.

Participation is open to lacrosse players of all ages, but registration is required.
Yesterday, the Seals announced that another #22 – Casey Powell – will attend the April 15 festivities. Tomorrow, the team will reveal a third lacrosse great who’s coming to town.
