SAN DIEGO SEALS ANNOUNCE LATIN HERITAGE NIGHT FOR MARCH 31 HOME GAME

Let the festivities begin!

The San Diego Seals have announced Latin Heritage Night to take place on Friday, March 31 as they take on the Calgary Roughnecks at Pechanga Arena. 

This theme night falls on César Chávez Day, a holiday celebrating the life and tireless efforts of César E. Chávez in his fight against inequities and extremely poor working conditions. 

To engage with the local community, the Seals are partnering with the San Diego County Imperial Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. 

“The Latino (a) – American community is an integral part of San Diego’s resiliency to overcome all barriers and create a better environment for everyone, and I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate and showcase that,” said Ricardo F. Villa, President of the San Diego County Imperial Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  “We are so excited to shine the light on the vibrant culture of Latin America, highlighting the diversity, collaboration and creativity of our vibrant local community.”

We are thrilled to participate in Latin Heritage Night and showcase some of the exciting activities, including pre-game Lucha Libre match, lowriders, a live mariachi and so much more.
