STAATS TOPS IL INDOOR’S ROOKIE REPORT

Inside Lacrosse Indoor recently released their Week 5 rookie report.

“This is getting ridiculous because Austin Staats is making it look easy.

In his 4 games this National Lacrosse League season, the No. 1 overall draft pick has scored 5, 0, 4 and 4 goals. And this past weekend, they weren’t just goals, they were important goals.

He’s on pace for nearly 60 goals this season and while we may normally be tempted to say there’s no way a rookie can maintain that, the skill of Staats makes you think twice before saying it much less believing it.”
