What happens if I change my mind about my enrollment status after the opt-out window
The opt-out window of Monday, March 17th, 2025 - Monday, March 31st, 2025, is your opportunity to leave the auto-renewal process. If you do not elect to opt-out during the aforementioned window, you are committed to purchasing tickets for the 2025-2026 Season and will be enrolled in the 9-month payment plan.
What if I change my mind about my season seats and want to relocate or upgrade after that period has passed
Please reach out to your Services Representative and we will work with you to find the best seats for you based on availability and tenure.
Do I lose my season tickets if I opt out of auto-renewal
No. If you choose to opt out of auto-renewal you will still be able to purchase your season seats for 2025-2026. However, you will surrender your tenure and the right of refusal for your same seats and package going into the 2026-2027 Season.
If I do not opt-out, am I enrolled in auto-renewal for future seasons
Yes. Your enrollment in auto-renewal guarantees your benefits for all succeeding seasons until you elect to opt-out during the annual allotted window.
What are my monthly payments as part of the payment plan
if you elect to be enrolled in the 9-month payment plan, your payments will be the total of your selected plan divided by 9 months.
What happens if I stop making my monthly payments
You are responsible for the total cost of your selected membership.
The 2025/2026 season Auto-renewal opt-out window will be closing on Monday, March 31st, 2025 @ 11:59pm. If you elect to opt out during this period, please make sure to respond to this email, within the timeframe of the highlighted deadline, with written communication stating your desire to opt out.
Auto-renewal allows you to keep your season tickets with ease. Your seats, benefits, and membership perks are automatically secured every year. No stress, no fuss. Current Season Ticket Members and First-Year Members are automatically enrolled in auto-renewal at the time of purchase.
You can opt out of the auto-renewal process anytime during the opt-out period. The opt-out window will run from Monday, March 17th, 2025 through Monday, March 31st, 2025.
After the completion of the opt-out window, payments will start on Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, and will be processed on the first of every following month until the start of the 2025/2026 Season, which will be a 9-month, interest-free, payment plan.
You can choose to either pay in full or enroll in the 9-month payment plan. Members who pay in full will receive two (2) additional tickets to the first round of the 2024/2025 Playoffs. (Seats are not guaranteed to be placed next to your season seats.)
There will be a period from approximately Monday, April 21st, 2025 - Friday, May 2nd, 2025, depending on our playoff schedule, to allow an opportunity to relocate or upgrade your season seats, following the renewal process.
All Season Member balances must be paid in full at the start of the 2025/2026 season.
Defaulted accounts with unpaid balances after the first 2 months of renewal will result in your seats being released on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025.
You are responsible for the total cost of your membership.
